Goals:
West Virginia's Promise will mobilize communities, raise awareness and support policies that increase the support young people have in communities where they live, work and play.
WV's Promise works with America’s Promise Alliance partners,state and community leaders to assist communities in creating a statewide system of communities uniting citizens in fulfilling the 5 Promises.
