Preston County Caring Council, Inc
The mission of Preston County Council(PCCCFRN), is to develop a community based, family focused, comprehensive system, which when implemented, responds to identified needs through cooperative, collaborative planning efforts. It is further the mission of the PCCCFRN, to be a forum of caring people who work together to improve the conditions for the children and families of Preston County by the development and sharing of information about services.
Preston County Council is a preventive coalition that works with many agencies to develop and implement programs in Preston County.
