Monroe County Community of Champions is the recipient of the 3rd annual Governor's Red Wagon Award. They were formed as a Monroe County Schools' partnership with the community. |

Monroe County's pro-active group of youth, community, business, church and school leaders works hard to create a bright future for the youth in Monroe County by helping to prepare its young people for graduation. This effort has increased college attendance from 34% to 54% in five years. |
